His Highness, Oloba Maroof Ekundayo Afolayan (Omowale I)
His Highness (HH), Oloba Maroof Ekundayo Afolayan (Omowale I) was born into the family of Late Khalifa Sheik Yusuf Adeyemi and Alhaja Munirat Afolayan. He is from the Oloba Ruling Compound of the Isale Oba, Sanmora, Irepodun LGA, Kwara State.
His Highness was crowned as the Oloba of Eju Land on Wednesday, 22nd August, 2018 and becomes the 4th Oloba enthroned as the next in command to the monarch (Eleju) of Sanmora, Kwara State, Nigeria.

The OMA Initiative
The Oloba Maroof Afolayan (OMA) Initiative is the philanthropic endeavour of the Oloba of Eju Land. The main objective of the non-for-profit organization is to reduce the level of illiteracy in the community. Quality Education and Innovation for youths, is at the core of our programming. Improving the outcome of youth's lives, forms the basis for the work the organization is engaged in using our investments in health, education, and economic empowerment to help uplift people's standard of living in our community.
